Auf dem Hügel gegenüber Kirchberg liegt Hornberg, eine Burg in Privatbesitz, die man leider nicht besichtigen kann. 1983 ist da ein Kampfflugzeug abgestürzt und hätte das Dorf um ein Haar platt gemacht.
